In order to Certify this unit we changed the oil, replaced the rearview mirror, replaced the front sway bar links, installed two tires, balanced two tires, performed an alignment, changed the cabin air filter, replaced the wiper blades ($1,277 value). We found the brakes to have 60% front and 75% rear pads remaining. The tires are General Altimax RT45 with 9, 10, 10 and 10/32nds tread. They have 10/32nds tread new.
