This camper is located at CheapRVS LLC in Piedmont SC 29673 at 616 Shiloh RD.

We are open M-Thursday 9 to 4 and Friday 9-12.

You can view this camper and our other inventory anytime during our business hours.

We are always closed on Saturday and Sunday. The RV tech only works Monday thru Thursday, so, if you need assistance at time of pickup, you need to be here Monday thru Thursday.

This is a Forest River Berkshire model 38RB, 39ft with 2 Slides, Cummins 340hp Diesel with an Allison 6speed Auto trans.

We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:
Text 864 245 0730.
The engine runs good.
The transmission shifts good.
The Onan Diesel gen 6k works with 780 hours.
The engine or dash AC seems to maybe need a little freon gas to make it cold.
This motorhome was just driven approx 100 miles with no issues.
There are 2 roof AC units that work.
The LP system Furnace, Water Heater and Stove top do function.
It has 2015 tires.
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it.
The water system works.
The fridge works.

The power cord is a 50 amp. 

The radio works and backup camera works.
A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad.
Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator.
The jacks work.

The batteries are older and may need to be replaced.

There is a stackable washer and dryer that turns on and seem to function properly, we did not wash or dry any clothes but they did turn on and seemed to function properly.
We did NOT check anything else.
If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar. The only items checked are listed or shown in photos.
This RV is older and a little dirty and it could use a good cleaning, it is 11 years old and used. I tried to take a lot of photos so you can tell.
