Very nice 1971 Westy. I purchased this van 21 years ago. It was special ordered by an army officer and they took delivery in Denmark. It was then shipped to AZ and then to TN when I purchased it. I have owned naught of 40 busses in my years. I own a small autodealership in Memphis,Tn . This was my personal vehicle. It comes with the original VW add-a-room tent. I have recently replaced the tires, front brakes, steering drag-link. Engine was completely rebuilt about 1k miles ago. The van has 65k miles on it. I have documentation from new. The original heat still works (as well as a bus can be). My children have gotten older, and I am an empty nester , so time for this bus to find a new adventure!
