This camper is located at CheapRVS LLC in Piedmont SC 29673 at 616 Shiloh RD.

We are open M-Thursday 9 to 4 and Friday 9-12.

You can view this camper and our other inventory anytime during our business hours.

We are always closed on Saturday and Sunday. The RV tech only works Monday thru Thursday, so, if you need assistance at time of pickup, you need to be here Monday thru Thursday.

This is a 2003 Jayco Avatar model 4030 Spartan chassis, 40ft with 3 Slides, Cummins ISC 350hp Diesel with an Allison 6speed Auto trans.

We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:

The engine runs good.
The transmission shifts good.

The digital odometer display shows 15,664 miles. The odometer has been changed. As per Carfax the reported miles 113481 back in October 2016 here in Charleston South Carolina area. We do not know the exact miles. 
The Diesel gen works with approx 860 hours.
The engine or dash AC seems to maybe need a little freon gas to make it cold. The heater fan for the front that runs off of the engine blows thru the vents and not the floor.
This motorhome was just driven approx 100 miles with no issues.
There are 2 basement style AC units that work, the front AC does blow cold air but seems to need to be cleaned or similar, it like kind of vibrates or similar more that the rear.
The LP system Furnace, Water Heater and Stove top try to function but it is out of the LP gas.
It has 2021 tires, that look ok.
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it.
The water system works, the bedroom faucet needs to be replaced, it leaks if you use it.
The fridge works.

The power cord is a 50 amp. 

The radio makes noise, no music.

The passenger slide motor is a little weak, you have to assist push it out to get it extended.
A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad.

Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator.
The jacks work.

The backup camera turns on but does work.

The only carpet is in the bedroom above the engine and needs to be replaced due to stains as you can see in the photos.

The batteries are older and may need to be replaced but seem to be working fine.

There is a location for a washer dryer combo unit located in the bedroom. We can install a functional used combo unit for $800, or a new combo unit is approx $1700 installed.
We did NOT check anything else.

This RV is older and a little dirty and it could use a good cleaning, it is 22 years old and used. I tried to take a lot of photos so you can tell.
