This camper is located at CheapRVs LLC in Piedmont SC 29673 at 616 Shiloh RD.

We are open M-Thursday 9 to 4 and Friday 9-12.

This camper is a 2008 Quantum by Fleetwood 355SAQS, approx 37ft and the UVW is approx 12kLBS.

We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:

There are 2 roof AC units that work.

The Furnace Heat, Water Heater and Stove top did try to function but the LP bottle are either low on the LP gas or the bottles are missing. 

The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it. 
The water system works.  
The fridge works.

The awning works, the material is older.

The tires look newer, date code 2021.

The mattress and carpet also look new.

The power cord and LP tanks are missing.

Sometimes the battery may be missing and or weak and may need to be replaced.

We have not noticed any current leak and it has rained hard for a couple days as a short thunderstorm.

If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar. 
The only items checked are listed or shown in photos.
