This camper is located at CheapRVs LLC in Piedmont SC 29673 at 616 Shiloh RD.

We are open M-Thursday 9 to 4 and Friday 9-12.

You can view this camper and our other inventory anytime during our business hours.

We are always closed on Saturday and Sunday. The RV tech only works Monday thru Thursday, so, if you need assistance at time of pickup, you need to be here Monday thru Thursday.

This is a 2003 Coachmen Leprechaun with 1 Slide, model 314ss, 31ft long.

We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:

The Ford V10 engine runs good. 
The transmission shifts good. 
The Onan 4k gen does NOT run. It will not start or turn over. I think the gen is bad and not repairable.  
The engine or dash AC blows cold air. 
This motorhome was just driven approx 100 miles with no issues. 
There is a roof AC unit that works. 
The LP system works, furnace, Water Heater and Stove top function try to function but it it low on LP gas. 
It has the old tires on it, 2016 date code, so, it needs new tires or approx $1200.

The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it. 
The water system works, the bathroom faucet has a leak and needs to be repaired. 
The fridge works. 
The power cord is a 30 amp. 
The house battery is older and needs to be replaced.  
A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad. 
Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator. 
We did NOT check anything else. 
If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar.  
The only items checked are listed or shown in photos. 
This RV is dirty and needs a good cleaning and it is also a little rough, it is 22 years old and used. 
I tried to take a lot of photos so you can tell.

oil, oil filter and fuel filter change on both the engine and generator 
Wiper replacement 
New tires 
New awning material

Replace the battery 
New wipers
Full of GAS and LP
