This camper is located at CheapRVS LLC in Piedmont SC 29673 at 616 Shiloh RD.

We are open M-Thursday 9 to 4 and Friday 9-12.

You can view this camper and our other inventory anytime during our business hours.

We are always closed on Saturday and Sunday. The RV tech only works Monday thru Thursday, so, if you need assistance at time of pickup, you need to be here Monday thru Thursday.

If you are bidding on a eBay cheap no reserve auction, please NOTE, due to recent eBay transactions, you need to schedule a pickup time with our RV tech of at least minimum of 1 hour time at $150 per hour. If you are new to camping and have a lot of questions, then you need to schedule two hours. If you do not schedule any time, then the ebay transaction will be just a sign and drive, you can figure out all of the camper stuff yourself. If you are purchasing on a buy it now price, or some other website then no worries about scheduling time.

This is a 40ft with 2 Slides, American Tradition 370hp Cummins ISL Diesel with an Allison 6speed Auto trans.
We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:

The engine runs good.
The transmission shifts good.
The Diesel gen works.
The engine or dash AC seems to maybe need a little freon gas to make it cold.
This motorhome was just driven approx 100 miles with no issues.
There are 2 roof AC units. The front AC will turn on but the fan does not blow. The rear AC works proper.
The LP system Furnace, Water Heater and Stove top try to function but it is out of the LP gas.
It has the original 2004 rear tires and the front look ok but are older, all of the tires really need to be changed.

The fuel guage does not function properly. It shows full but the low fuel light is on. The generator will run until the fuel tank is at approx 1/4 or almost empty, so, you can still drive with no worries. Runn the generator and when the generator shuts off, it is time to fill the tank again.
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it.
The water system should work, it was winterized at the auction.
The fridge works.

The power cord is a 50 amp and is missing. We used one of our power cords to check the systems. Typically, we have used 50amp twist lock power cords for $125 and new for $225. 

The radio works.
A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad.
Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator.
The jacks work.

The carpet is a litle dirty and really needs to be shampooed as you can see in the photos.

The batteries are older and may need to be replaced, they seem to work ok now.

There is a location for a washer dryer combo unit located in the bedroom. We can install a functional used combo unit for $800, or a new combo unit is approx $1700 installed.
We did NOT check anything else.
If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar. The only items checked are listed or shown in photos.
This RV is older and a little dirty and it could use a good cleaning, it is 20 years old and used. I tried to take a lot of photos so you can tell.

Full tank of Diesel and LP

Change out the fuel sender, that should make the fuel gauge function proper again.

This means that you have the opportunity to purchase cheap, fix it up and sell for a profit if you so desire.
